About the Artist


Jody Regan

Jody's first painting teacher was her mother, accomplished New England artist, Joanne F. Regan, who planted the fundamentals of good design, accurate drawing, and fresh color. Jody paints in oil, watercolor and gouache. She has maintained a daily art practice since 2017; and enjoys the stimulation of urban sketching; capturing a moving target. She paints along the coast south of Boston and in Maine during her annual visit.
